The Master's Hammer and Chisel is here!

It's an exciting day in my house!  New program launch day for TeamBeachbody! If you’ve been following my Pastries to Pushups Facebook page, you have seen my posts about Beachbody’s new program: The Master’s Hammer and Chisel.  I am beyond excited for so many reasons.  Let me list a few:
-It combines Autumn Calabrese’s (aka Chisel) ability to lean and shred a body with Sagi Kalev (aka Hammer aka Beast) who is known to build muscle.  I've done both 21 Day Fix Extreme and Body Beast on their own so a program with both of them has to be a winner!
-The nutrition plan follows the 21 day fix container plan which is so simple to follow and I've had much success with already.
-I’m ready to lose some more weight while building muscle.
-The results from the test group are AH-mazing.  Check them out for yourself:

So…here’s ALL the info you need to know about this program.  I mean…everything…including info straight from the Masters themselves—Autumn and Sagi.
What is it all about?
Hammer and Chisel follows the SSP training principle-Stabilization, Strength and Power.  The program uses this method to chip away fat and carve every single muscle group in your body in 60 days.  The program has 12 brand new 30 to 40 minutes (Yes, I said 30 to 40 minutes) workouts that combine the trainer’s expertise.  The meal plan is simple to follow and customizable.  You build your own meal plan around the goals YOU have for your body, whether it’s to lose weight, maintain your weight or build muscle.  The workouts include modifiers to help those with limited equipment, so you are not required to run out and invest a few hundred dollars on equipment.  In addition, modifiers will help you make some of the tougher moves more manageable.
What do you need for the program?
You need a set of light, medium and heavy weights, a bench or stability ball and either a pull up bar or a resistance band with door attachment.  If you’re a bit frugal like me, this means you buy your weights at a used sports good, you ask for Amazon gift cards for Christmas and use them on a bench and you buy the rest of the equipment on sale at Teambeachbody.com.  If you’re really ambitious, you can get the deluxe kit  that includes an 8 lb medicine ball and an additional 4 workouts designed around the medicine ball.
How much am I investing in my brand new body?
The base kit is $89.95 and includes the 12 workouts on 6 DVDs, the 7 color coded portion containers, the nutrition guide, the quick start guide, 60 day calendar and a free bonus cardio workout (when you order through yours truly).
Last but not least—if you’re ready to take your results up a notch and couple this workout with Beachbody’s best supplements you can purchase either the Shakeology challenge pack or Performance line challenge pack.  In the month of Dec, you can get either of these options for only $160.  That means you get everything the base kit has to offer plus your first month of Shakeology (or Beachbody’s Energize and Recover drinks) along with a free 30 day trial of Beachbody OnDemand.  In dollar terms, you’re getting about $230 worth of products for $160.
